So, how can you attach your new fitness journey to an event?

Let's do something now:

Organise a night out
Get a date night planned
whatever it is, put something in the diary, and make sure it's something you can't break!

Then, you've got a sense of urgency that will carry through your excuses, letting yourself off
and start to really amp up your progress!
